SoftMaya is a technology provider offering software, infrastructure, and related services to business clients. SoftMaya does not operate online casinos, does not accept bets, and does not provide gambling services to end users.

1. Scope of Services

SoftMaya provides:

• iGaming software infrastructure
• Platform technology solutions
• API integrations and aggregation services
• Payment and crypto integration technologies

All services are provided strictly on a B2B basis.

2. Client Responsibility

Clients are solely responsible for:

• Obtaining and maintaining all necessary licenses
• Compliance with local laws and regulations
• Operation of gaming services and player interactions

SoftMaya has no involvement in the operation of gaming activities or player fund management.

3. Acceptable Use

Clients agree to:

• Use the services in compliance with applicable laws
• Not misuse or attempt to disrupt the infrastructure
• Ensure lawful operation in their jurisdictions

4. Payments and Financial Flow

SoftMaya does not act as a financial institution or payment intermediary. Any payment processing functionality is provided via third-party licensed providers integrated into the system.

5. Intellectual Property

All software, systems, and technologies remain the exclusive property of SoftMaya.

6. Limitation of Liability

SoftMaya shall not be held liable for:

• Client operational activities
• Regulatory non-compliance by clients
• Indirect or consequential damages

7. Termination

SoftMaya reserves the right to suspend services in case of misuse or regulatory concerns.
